Oh, I have always been a wanderer Over land and sea, Yet a moonbeam on the water Casts a spell over me; A vision fair I see, Again I long to be; Back home again in Indiana, And it seems that I can see The gleamin' candlelight, Atill shinin' bright, Through the sycamores for me. The new mown had sends all its fragrance From the fields I used to roam.
I Waited Too Long Lyrics. It was dim in this room Out of patience too soon The flow has stopped in my head Feel confusion in it's stead When will it be lifted Why must I be one more day Without love, I believe in fate But tell me just how long must I wait I waited too long. I stand there looking; the tide rolls in Says hello to a lonely friend The sound of music from afar Makes me a child again wishing on a star When will it be lifted When will I be fit for love to claim me I'm stretching out on the wings of chance 'Cause I don't want to miss the last dance
